We are a human-sized property management company with a family atmosphere (yes, we still talk in person), firmly established in Yverdon and the North. To meet the numerous requests of our clients regarding buildings, energy efficiency, etc., we are looking for the technical gem who will take over (our current manager is soon going to enjoy a well-deserved retirement) as Project Manager / Technical ManagerYour missions (should you choose to accept them):- Lead and successfully manage large-scale projects (apartments, energy-related, various)- Manage the financial aspects related to the projects (yes, even finances must be well handled)- Ensure quality control and safety, because close enough is not in our vocabularyYour profile:- CFC in building, or property manager, or technician ES in building, or additional qualification in project management? Super bonus- 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role and in project management (essential)- Strong knowledge of building techniques and standards (AEAI, OIBT & co. don't give you cold sweats)- Comfortable with MS Office; knowledge of architectural software is a plus- Comfortable in conflict management and is methodical, reliable, effective (and always has a backup plan)- Autonomous, with good flexibility and good interpersonal skillsWhat we offer:- Activity rate: to be discussed, between 70% and 100%- Start date: June 1st (or to be agreed upon).- A stable, human-oriented work environment, at the center of varied and concrete projects where your expertise will really make a differenceIf you like to see projects come to fruition (or be renovated according to the rules of the art), appreciate autonomy and human contact, we look forward to hearing from you!
