Join Our Team as a Senior Campaign & Comms Manager at Biotiful Gut Health!

Contract Type: Fixed-Term until October 2026

Location: Hammersmith - Enjoy three days onsite (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Travel: Occasional UK travel required

Now, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Senior Campaign & Comms Manager to help us elevate our brand even further!

Your Role: What You'll Do

As the Senior Campaign & Comms Manager, you will take ownership of our national campaigns and partnership activities, ensuring our brand shines with clarity and impact across all touchpoints. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead National Campaign Strategy and Delivery:
    • Own the planning and execution of three national campaigns each year.
    • Define campaign objectives and craft briefs in alignment with the Head of Marketing.
    • Manage relationships with Creative and Media Agencies.
    • Oversee delivery across all channels, collaborating closely with Shopper Marketing and the Digital team.
  • Own Partnership Strategy:
    • Set the strategic direction for partnerships, nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
    • Ensure all activities align with campaign priorities and brand objectives.
  • Own Sampling & Activation Strategy:
    • Develop strategic direction for sampling and experience-led brand activations.
    • Align activities with brand objectives and campaign priorities.
  • Deliver an Always-On PR Presence:
    • Manage our PR agency to maintain a culturally relevant and visible brand presence throughout the year.
  • Ensure Brand and Shopper Communications are Connected:
    • Collaborate with commercial, shopper, and retail teams to ensure brand campaigns translate effectively into shopper communications.
  • Line Management:
    • Oversee one Brand Activation Executive.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 6-7 years of business experience, ideally in both FMCGs and SMEs.
  • Tangible experience managing 360 campaigns.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • An ambitious self-starter with high energy and guts.
  • Proven success in delivering results in SMEs.
  • A passion for healthy food.
  • Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Effective management of third-party agencies.
