Job Description The Sr. Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for working with current and potential customers to promote and optimize Soarus and MSIT products through phone sales, customer visits, and account management. Essential Role Responsibilities: Utilize sales practices to generate and develop new customers while effectively managing existing customers Analyze sales and market data to summarize and report on business and market trends Develop and deliver sales presentations and closes Provide product feedback and development opportunities to enhance sales profitability Act as liaison between Customer Service team and suppliers to confirm progress of existing orders Stay updated on sales and business job knowledge as well as maintaining professional connections and networks Provide leadership and assist in mentoring junior sales staff Promote positive company culture and business ethics through ongoing business relationships and activities Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
