Key Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision Prepare detailed project documentation and deliverables Interpret and analyze plans, specifications, and design criteria Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and consultants Apply building codes, industry standards, and best practices in design Estimate probable construction costs for mechanical systems Conduct site visits and generate field reports Design and document HVAC and plumbing systems using AutoCAD and Revit Perform mechanical engineering calculations and assist with equipment selection Edit and write project specifications as part of the documentation process Use simulation tools to analyze building performance and optimize system designs Support implementation of the project quality management plan (QMP) Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and MEP design fundamentals Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit Familiarity with mechanical engineering software for calculations and performance analysis Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience Engineer in Training (EIT) certification LEED Accreditation (preferred)
