*Salary*: Up to $125,000.00/annually (based on experience) plus 15% bonus opportunity

*About the Role*
We are seeking a senior-level ERP Systems Administrator / NetSuite Developer to serve as the primary owner of our NetSuite ERP platform. This role blends hands-on administration, custom development, integrations, and cross-functional systems support.
You will partner closely with Finance and Operations to ensure our ERP environment remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business growth — including acquisitions and system integrations.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full system ownership responsibility.
*What You'll Do*
NetSuite Administration & Ownership
* Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite (roles, permissions, workflows, configuration) * Own system governance, change management, and release coordination * Maintain dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, and reporting * Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security controls * Administer RF-Smart warehouse solutions within NetSuite
Development & Customization
* Develop and maintain custom functionality using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) * Build and support SuiteFlows, RESTlets, and SuiteAnalytics solutions * Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and integrations * Lead data migrations and complex system enhancements
Integrations & Business Systems
* Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms (EDI, WMS, SaaS tools) * Support IPaaS solutions (e.g., Celigo or similar) * Lead ERP integration efforts for newly acquired businesses * Partner with internal stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with business needs * Support demand planning and purchasing modules
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years working with NetSuite in a production environment * 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience * 5+ years of SuiteScript development (1.0 and/or 2.x) * Experience leading ERP integrations and system consolidations * Strong understanding of finance, inventory, and operations workflows * Ability to operate independently as a sole system owner * Strong communication skills and executive presence
Preferred Experience
* RF-Smart warehouse integration * Demand planning & purchasing module configuration * Experience supporting system upgrades xawqmyg or implementations * Experience in a hybrid Admin/Developer role
