We’re looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team!

Mission

As Senior Marketing Manager of Taplio & Tweet Hunter, the Personal Brand Division of lempire, your mission is to drive revenue growth.

Taplio & Tweet Hunter generate an Annual Recurring Revenues of $6 million, with thousands of customers and high profitability.

We seek someone to take full ownership of Taplio & Tweet Hunter's Marketing Strategy & Roadmap, for both Growth & Content Marketing.

Your primary focus will be new business acquisition—from traffic generation to conversion—leveraging key channels like SEO, influencers, email marketing, and ads, while also exploring untapped opportunities.

This role demands a hands-on Marketing leader who can craft a winning strategy and execute it fast.

Responsibilities

  1. Website content - design or update our website content (homepage, product pages, customer stories…) to boost conversions and position Taplio as an industry leader.
  2. Content creation & lead nurturing - develop valuable content to build trust with our audience and nurture existing leads effectively.
  3. Influencers - scale our influencer & sponsorship programs by identifying new influencers, securing attractive deals, and building long-term relationships.
  4. Affiliation - scale affiliate acquisition efforts and actively engage affiliates to drive customer growth.
  5. Paid - lead strategy, monitor performance, and optimize paid campaigns in collaboration with external experts (agencies or freelancers).
  6. SEO - guide our SEO copywriter to enhance search visibility, focusing on high-impact blog posts and mini tools targeting high-volume keywords.
  7. Go-To-Market - effectively distribute new product releases to current users and prospects to drive both acquisition and retention.

Key Results

Within 3 months, you’ll have:

  1. Developed a clear understanding of our ecosystem, persona/ICP, market positioning, and product.
  2. Taken charge of the main acquisition channels—influencers and sponsorships, paid ads, educational content, affiliation, website optimization, and SEO—and demonstrated an impact on revenue trends.
  3. Managed and piloted the roadmap and priorities of our third-party partners (agencies, freelancers, …).
  4. Delivered immediate impact—example below #GetShitDone.
  5. Successfully orchestrated a new feature launch in collaboration with the Product Team.
  6. Secured 1 key deal with a top influencer.
  7. Made 1 mini-tool viral.
  8. Drove content creation on LinkedIn or X that generates high engagement (>100K views).

Within 12 months, you'll have:

  1. Built strong growth momentum and created a marketing roadmap to scale to $10 million ARR within 3 years.
  2. Driven significant improvements across all acquisition metrics: traffic, signups, activation rate, and conversion rate.

You will learn a lot, but you must know some things before joining. Here’s what:

Requirements

  1. 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing/Demand Generation/Content Marketing in an ambitious or fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience in B2B SaaS (in a PLG or Self-Service environment is a plus).
  3. A self-starter mindset—a strong bias for action, a 'doer' mentality. You don't want detailed plans or permissions to pursue your goals; you act.
  4. A track record of delivering outstanding results.
  5. An exceptional adaptability, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit—you thrive in challenging situations and navigate chaos #growth mindset.
  6. Hard worker and ready to roll up your sleeves.
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Additional Information

Up to 65K€ + company bonus (up to 15K€ depending on company’s performance).

Fully Remote Job: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and come to visit our office in central Paris as needed!
