Want to analyze and improve real processes on a large scale? Join the Center or the unit of the Hospital Logistics Department starting in August as an Apprentice Digital Business Developer (CFC).MissionYou support digital development and understand and model business processes (as-is / to-be) to prepare processes and products for the future. You collect, structure, and clean data (stocks, orders, flows); you analyze and present results (dashboards, diagrams). You assist projects: scoping, milestones, liaising between specialists, decision-makers, and internal clients; you write documentation (processes, instructions, support) and participate in testing, implementation, and feedback. You monitor the impact of solutions (simplicity, effectiveness, adoption) and continuously propose improvements.ProfileYou have completed your schooling (upper secondary level recommended) with good to very good grades in mathematics and French. You are interested in the activities of business and enjoy working with tools. You possess strong analytical skills; you work independently and prioritize effectively. You communicate easily, know how to listen to the needs of departments, and collaborate in a team. You demonstrate creativity and critical thinking; you are comfortable explaining your ideas to different audiences.
