Apprentice Commercial Employee For the start of the school year, at our Grandson site, we are looking for: Apprentice Commercial Employee You will be required to: Manage correspondence and orders Receive, sort and distribute mail Control, classify, scan and archive documents Draft, correct and format documents Manage orders Welcome and receive the public (network members, admissions) Handle the telephone switchboard and various email boxes Update various databases (members, suppliers, networks, medical expenses of members (subsidies, reminders, preparing personal expenditure amounts, delivering and responding to various member requests) Establish pensions for members Manage the main cash register and accounting entries including debtor invoices and accounting documents under the supervision of the accountant Profile: At least 20 years old at the end of schooling Good command of French and tools Teamwork ability and comfort in interactions Willingness to work with adults suffering from addiction and/or behavioral disorders Application files must be submitted on JobUp by March 31, in the form of a single PDF document.
