Main missions: Ensure the follow-up of announcements, visits, selection of files; Establish rental leases and monitor the establishment of guarantees; Follow-up on the establishment of guarantees; Ensure follow-up after inspections; Prepare damage reports; Respond to requests to ensure quality service; Support the property manager in the technical management of a portfolio: drafting work orders, contacts with contractors and caretakers. Commercial profile (CFC or equivalent); Confirmed experience in the real estate sector, fluent in French and good writing skills; Mastery of common tools (MS Office); Proficiency in GARAIO REM software, X and a keen sense of detail; Holder of a driving license; Knowledge of German and English is an asset.
