Work location: Multiple sites in the Fribourg / Bulle region Technical Concierge (m/f/d) Work location: Multiple sites in the Fribourg / Bulle region Start rate of activity: April 1 or to be agreed Department: Facility Services Management Your tasks Ensure maintenance, inspections, and follow-up of technical maintenance (heating, plumbing) and equipment. Carry out routine maintenance works and tasks, manage breakdowns, update technical documentation, and establish regular reporting. Ensure management and monitoring of technical alarms on system X, including acknowledgment and resolution. Perform activities in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Profile Confirmed technical experience in the building sector (sanitary, heating, electricity, etc.), with a keen sense of service and strong mastery of office tools (MS Office) and ability to manage tasks. Holding a safety manager diploma constitutes a strong asset. Good command of French, both written and oral. Versatile, rigorous, autonomous person with a strong sense of service. Rigor, curiosity, and exemplary discretion, with a sense of priorities and responsibilities. Preferably residing in the Fribourg / Bulle region or within a 30 km radius; a driving license is essential. Reliable and impeccable person (extract from criminal record and debt collection office required).
