For and in anticipation of our clients' future needs, we are looking for personnel with experience as a team leader/foreman in civil engineering. Mission: - Lead and organize teams on civil engineering sites - Ensure technical follow-up and adherence to deadlines - Guarantee the quality of work and compliance with safety standards - Collaborate with engineers, project owners, and subcontractors - Actively participate in fieldwork Your profile: - Qualification in civil engineering (CFC, federal certificate or equivalent) - Proven experience in managing civil engineering sites - Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork - Good command of French (oral and written) - Valid driver's license LI-VA1 jidd2d115daen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
