We are looking for our safety project manager.Your missions: As a Safety Project Manager, you play a key role in defining and implementing the company's safety policy. You are responsible for the protection of people, property, and infrastructure, anticipating risks and integrating the best practices and technologies. Design, pilot, and coordinate prevention and protection measures to ensure the safety of individuals (customers and staff), property, and infrastructure. Define, deploy, and evaluate safety projects (surveillance cameras, access control, alert systems, building safety concepts). Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, incorporating technological advancements. Analyze risks (incivilities, assaults, vandalism, terrorist threats) and conduct safety diagnostics to identify vulnerabilities in infrastructure, rolling stock, and passenger flows. Propose plans contributing to the overall safety strategy. Monitor and analyze safety indicators to assess the effectiveness of existing measures and guide actions with internal and external stakeholders; track budgets, deadlines, and performance indicators. Contribute to the overall safety strategy and promote a shared culture within HES.Required qualifications: University degree (Bachelor/Master) in a field related to safety or equivalent; experience: 5 to 7 years in security, with at least 3 years in safety project management (industry or public transport). Mastery of the specifics and challenges of the safety field; knowledge of applicable standards and regulations. Proficiency in standard tools (MS Office), project management tools (Excel, Gantt, MS Project), and SAP is a plus. Ability to manage complex, complementary projects.Type of contract: CDI. Location: Perrelet Center (Renens), with frequent travel across the network and different TL sites. Regular hours, with the possibility of activities outside usual hours.
