Client Advisor for Provident (%) Your mission As a Client Advisor for Provident, you are one of the faces of our company and actively contribute to providing a positive customer experience. Main responsibilities: Ensure a professional and warm telephone reception Handle telephone and written inquiries from our insured individuals Manage files related to occupational pension (2nd pillar), such as: civil status changes, free passage, divorce cases Perform calculations and provide tailored correspondences based on customer needs Actively participate in the dynamic of a small, collegial, and committed team Your profile French at a native level and very good knowledge of German Sense of service and ease in proactive contact with clients Careful and positive first experience in a pension fund is a plus Are you in professional retraining?
