Work as part of our cross-disciplinary team responsible for developing weapons and navigation system hardware. Schematic design and layout of hardware with FPGAs, DDR RAM (DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4) memory interfaces, and digital interfaces (e.g. I2C, SPI, SDIO). Schematic capture and layout design of digital subsystems and components Use of lab test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment, experience designing PCBs/PWBs using Siemens Xpedition or similar tools. Job Requirements
Here's what you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics Minimum 5 years of experience designing PCBs/PWBs, including using advanced materials, packaging techniques, and high-speed interfaces. Here's what sets you apart from other candidates:
Master's Degree with 3 years of experience. An understanding of the hardware development process throughout the lifecycle of a program, including design for manufacturing and design for test. Knowledge of Siemens expedition or similar tools for schematic entry, constraint definition, and signal integrity/power integrity analysis. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, breaking down complex technical problems logically and finding efficient solutions. Cross-disciplinary communication skills, working effectively with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Team collaboration, offering and receiving feedback constructively, and mentoring junior engineers when needed. schematic capture and layout design of digital subsystems and components, use of lab test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
