This exciting role is all about building strong relationships with financial advisers, keeping them engaged and informed about everything more2life including product offerings. You'll play a vital part in supporting our Sales Manager, Account Managers and Business Development Managers, helping us to deliver outstanding service and achieve our business goals. Whether you're looking to break into financial services or accelerate your career, this role offers fast progression, full training, and a supportive team environment. What you'll do: Proactively contact advisers to maximise opportunities Deliver excellent service through inbound & outbound calls Support Account Managers & BDMs with achieving targets Maintain accurate CRM records in line with compliance standards Achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment What we're looking for: Proven experience in sales (inbound & outbound) A track record of hitting targets and KPIs Strong communication skills with a consultative approach Ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding service Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to succeed (Financial services experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided!)
