Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill online orders.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure product safety and presentation.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and stocking items appropriately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and speed of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- A desire to contribute to a smooth and successful logistics operation.
