We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our bustling logistics facility in Miami, Florida. This role is integral to our supply chain, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will span receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a diverse range of goods. You'll be tasked with unloading incoming deliveries, verifying inventory, and stocking products in their designated locations. Accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing items according to specific instructions is a key part of this job. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment is paramount. This position requires the ability to handle physical demands, including frequent and substantial Lifting of goods. We are committed to a strong safety culture, mandating the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store inventory in designated locations using appropriate methods.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Stage orders for outbound shipment and verify documentation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety glasses and footwear.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
