Join our growing fulfillment center in Boise, Idaho, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various stages of the order fulfillment process, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety standards. You will be an essential part of ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and correctly, contributing directly to our company's success in the fast-paced online retail market.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations according to customer orders.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify order accuracy before and after packing.
- Label packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals in our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and product information.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
