Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload goods from trucks.
- Verify incoming inventory against documentation and report discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and stock items in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick products based on order lists with high accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety procedures.
- Utilize required PPE at all times to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
