We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Stock items in appropriate warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for packing and shipping.
- Pack orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Participate in inventory management processes, such as cycle counting.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols, including wearing PPE.
- Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help colleagues.
