Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
