Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates for our Charlotte, North Carolina distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse tasks that support our logistics operations. From managing inventory to preparing shipments, your contribution is key to our efficiency and customer satisfaction. We emphasize a safe working environment and expect all associates to actively participate in maintaining it. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Your daily activities will directly impact the flow of goods through our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse for safety and efficiency.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Report any issues with inventory, equipment, or safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational demands.
  • Understand and follow safe lifting techniques and guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
