Become a Fulfillment Associate with our growing team in Houston, Texas! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, where you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders. Your duties will include picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Accuracy, speed, and a commitment to quality are paramount. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and systems to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Inspect products for defects before packing.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
