As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are managed effectively from arrival to departure. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You'll work alongside a supportive team, utilizing various warehouse equipment and systems. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners and WMS.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Adhere to all logistics and operational procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
