We are hiring an Order Picker for our state-of-the-art warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting and gathering products from designated warehouse locations. You will utilize scanning equipment and follow pick lists generated by our inventory management system. Precision and speed are key as you contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors. Safety is our top priority; you will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times and adhere to all safety regulations. This position involves significant physical activity, including extensive walking, standing, and frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
