We are hiring an Order Picker to join our dedicated logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips or scanner prompts.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Meet established productivity standards for order picking.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other stock-related tasks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity for Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Familiarity with RF scanning equipment is advantageous.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
