We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our busy facility in Orlando, Florida. This is a key role within our logistics network, responsible for a variety of tasks essential to getting products to our customers. You will be involved in everything from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and preparing shipments. We seek individuals who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your contribution ensures the success of our operations. Proper use of PPE and adherence to all Safety regulations are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately log incoming merchandise.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Store inventory in designated areas of the distribution center.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and order sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, following established guidelines.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and support logistics team efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and following all established protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
