We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This includes receiving, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operations. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this position. Our logistics network relies on dedicated individuals like you to keep things moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily and weekly goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
