This multifaceted role involves various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. As a vital member of our logistics network, you will ensure that products are handled efficiently and accurately, meeting customer demands. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to perform lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs is required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is beneficial.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
