We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring that all stock is properly organized and accounted for. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Maintain organized stockroom, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Proper use of PPE is mandatory for all warehouse activities.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understand and contribute to the smooth flow of logistics operations.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks performed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in inventory management or warehousing preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
