Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Follow all Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is desirable.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret order sheets or RF scanner instructions.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
