Job Summary:
Join our thriving Fulfillment Center in Washington, D.C. as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring timely and accurate order processing. You'll be hands-on with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order information.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials.
  • Label all packages correctly for shipment.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Properly utilize all provided PPE and follow safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, or warehouse roles is highly desirable.
  • Capability to perform frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics best practices in fulfillment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
