We are hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our St. Louis, Missouri team. This position plays a key role in our logistics operations, ensuring that goods move efficiently through our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders with precision, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with your colleagues is essential. Compliance with all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a must. Your contribution directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
