Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and order fulfillment requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Support other warehouse operations and team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Understanding of general warehouse safety principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes within our logistics operations.
