Join our St. Louis, Missouri team as a Warehouse Associate and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to the **logistics** of our business, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be an integral part of a team that ensures products are handled with care and delivered on time. This position offers the chance to develop valuable skills in warehouse management and operations, with a strong emphasis on **PPE** compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against orders.
- Stock merchandise efficiently in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately using order sheets or scanning equipment.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** protocols and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the smooth functioning of our **logistics** processes.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately. Strong physical stamina is required, including the ability to perform repetitive tasks and **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs). Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. A strong understanding of and commitment to workplace **safety** and proper **PPE** usage is mandatory. This is a hands-on role critical to our **logistics** success.
