We are hiring energetic Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is key to our warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the efficient flow of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all orders. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Experience with warehouse equipment and a dedication to following safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stock adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to logistics standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any safety concerns or operational issues to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE, such as safety vests, glasses, and shoes.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
