Job Summary:
Seeking a meticulous Order Picker to join our distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will utilize scanning equipment to ensure accuracy and work collaboratively with your team to meet daily targets. We are committed to your safety and provide all necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
  • Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Stage orders for outbound shipping, preparing them for carriers.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as required.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and checks.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
  • Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
