We are hiring a skilled Reach Truck Operator for our warehouse operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is essential for the efficient movement and storage of goods within our facility. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to pick, put away, and retrieve inventory at various heights. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift/reach truck operator certification and have a proven track record of safe operation. You will also be involved in other warehouse duties as needed, including assisting with order fulfillment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires the ability to perform lifting tasks of up to 35 pounds and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with warehouse logistics and a commitment to operational excellence are highly valued.
