Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and dispatch.
- Operate picking equipment and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the logistics operation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages encountered during the picking or packing process.
- Meet productivity and quality standards set for the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions regarding PPE.
