Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick lists or system requirements.
- Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and the overall warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist in maintaining the smooth flow of goods within the logistics operations.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
