We are actively recruiting for skilled Distribution Center Associates to manage the flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and product integrity. Responsibilities encompass a broad range of warehouse activities, including advanced picking techniques, proper inventory management, and preparation for outbound distribution. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using advanced warehouse technology.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment safely and skillfully (certification required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming materials.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a highly organized and clean work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Manage and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Mandatory use of provided PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Distribution Center Associate or Warehouse Associate.
- Proven experience and valid certification operating forklifts and other powered equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Logistics , inventory control, and supply chain principles.
- Exceptional physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Must be proficient in Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
