Operate forklifts and manage warehouse inventory in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team. This role is essential for the efficient movement of goods within our facility and plays a key part in our overall logistics strategy. Responsibilities include operating various types of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring the safe stacking of materials. A commitment to Safety is paramount; all operators must adhere to established protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ability to perform minor maintenance checks on forklifts is a plus. This position requires individuals with excellent spatial awareness, good hand-eye coordination, and the physical capacity for occasional Lifting of items outside the forklift's scope. Experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
