We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our growing logistics operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled for shipment. Your primary responsibility will be to locate, retrieve, and stage products according to order specifications. This position is vital to our supply chain, requiring precision and speed. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order forms or electronic pick lists.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product conditions before picking.
- Stage picked items in the designated area for packing and shipping.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other lifting devices safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse Safety.
- Follow all company guidelines for handling merchandise and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
- Perform other related warehouse tasks as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels accurately.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Capacity for sustained physical activity, including Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Must adhere to all workplace Safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory management is a plus.
