We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and we expect all team members to adhere to our strict safety protocols. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and organization are key to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
