We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse upkeep. We value efficiency, teamwork, and a strong commitment to Safety in all aspects of our Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
- Must be able to perform Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in team activities to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety .
