Fort Worth, Texas, needs a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service through accurate order fulfillment. You will play a key part in our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before preparation for shipping.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
