Are you an energetic individual with a keen eye for detail? Our Provo, Utah location is looking for an Order Picker to join our fast-paced logistics team. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring the correct items are picked. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment, mandating the use of PPE and adherence to all safety regulations. The job involves considerable physical activity, including walking, bending, and lifting. - Accurately pick orders using an order picking system (e.g., RF scanner).
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Verify picked items against order sheets for accuracy.
- Package orders securely for shipment.
- Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to read and interpret picking documents accurately. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and working at a steady pace. Capable of lifting items up to 40 pounds regularly. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE is required. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
