We are seeking motivated individuals to perform a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will also assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and operating equipment safely. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Understanding of basic inventory principles is beneficial.
