Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker for our state-of-the-art facility in Madison, Wisconsin! This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, placing you at the core of our logistics chain. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, identifying, and retrieving items using sophisticated scanning systems. Accuracy and efficiency are key. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe work environment, providing all required PPE , and offering comprehensive training. The position requires the ability to handle considerable Lifting , up to 50 lbs, and sustained physical activity. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Stage orders appropriately for packing and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) with proficiency.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety .
  • Participate in inventory management and stock checks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Capacity for frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
  • Willingness to wear all provided PPE and follow all safety protocols rigorously.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
