Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at our Denver, Colorado Distribution Center as a Distribution Center Associate! This is a multifaceted role that supports the efficient operation of our logistics hub. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including order fulfillment, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality. As a DC Associate, you are vital to ensuring that our products reach their destinations accurately and on time, playing a crucial role in our overall logistics success. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE, is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required or provided).
  • Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of required PPE.
  • Assist with other distribution center tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of items, often exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including the use of PPE.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
